Ieniej is the printmaking practice of Ineke de Vries in Groningen. Working with linocut, she turns personal stories, people and fleeting moments into expressive images, carving each design before printing it by hand. Her work is rooted in a love for the stories behind the subject. Prints with a human touch, quite literally.
